UW Technology Customer Solutions Engineering Team (CSE) provides support and engineering solutions to the Campus community as well as local, regional and global solutions and support. Customer Solutions Engineering provides a broad range of services such as Avaya PBX Network maintenance and support, high level call center design and implementation, voicemail maintenance and support, Interactive Voice Response Systems engineering and support. CSE also provides E911 and UWPD 911 Dispatch Center design and support, audio conferencing maintenance, high level support to the UW Technology Service Center's analysts, K20 videoconferencing support, as well as global health and telecommuter VOIP solutions.

Customer Solutions Engineering is a team of engineers and specialists within the Customer Services Department of UW Technology Services.
