• Need vehicle for adoption by staff
• No leverage to encourage institutional change even though the info is out there
• Actually provide training, not just doing presentations; model the best practices, like code reviews
• Flesh out website to help with adoption, like case studies (-> participation by staff) and tool reviews and stories, and tool how-tos
