Who are the tech coordinators? - JB provide contact info to Ari by 1/1/08
What technologies are they using now, what are they comfortable using? - AT will gather this info in a brief survey to all site tech coordinators.

With input from others, we'd select the technology used by most. Without input from others, our recommendation is Adobe Connect solution. It reduces the technical complexity for the participants to a level that everyone should be comfortable with. We would have more control over the complex parts of the technology and be able to trouble shoot it quickly if issues come up.
