II. Refine/expand Kuali timing/tasks/deliverables
- based on business cases, can Kuali handle those
- how does it fit technically in our environment -- what would it take to integrate into our technical environment
- Use output of Kuali rice eval to serve as starting point for other evaluations
- Light weight proof of concept -- take existing workflow and model it in RICE

Messaging to Business Leaders
- Functionally addresses: Routing for approvals and standardized process, electronic forms, creating audit trail
- Came up within the context of multiple projects/products that are in use now and is a strong message within the roadmap
- What we need from them: Need in their area? Who can we tap as subject matter experts (need central contact and campus representative)
