The PRB is a group of members from the UW-IT Senior Leadership Team and other leaders who prioritize and champion the portfolio of UW-IT new or changing services using the project management practice. This is done by allocating resources, reducing risk resulting from change and being good stewards of UW funds through collaborative decision-making.
Schedule: PRB meets on the First and Third Thursday of every month unless otherwise adjusted to avoid holiday weeks and other exceptions.

Projects in Exception Status (yellow or red) must have status reports submitted by the Friday preceding the PRB Meeting.
Review or Approval agenda items must be submitted by the Friday preceding the PRB Meeting.
