The latest update to RT included some changes to files that are cached by web browsers. If you're experiencing issues such as partial page loading when viewing tickets, try the following to force your browser to refresh, from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Bypass_your_cache:
|Most browsers on Windows||Hold Ctrl and press F5|
|Firefox||Hold Ctrl/Cmd and Shift, then press R|
|Safari||Hold Shift and click the Reload button|
Hold Shift and press F5
