How do I know I need to do this? 

• If you changed your NetID Password and you do not remember your previous one, you will need to do this.
• If we shipped your computer without you successfully having logged on for the first time while the computer is on campus, you'll likely need to do this.

What do I need to do?

1. Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi or wired internet. 
   1. If you are not connected to Wi-Fi or wired internet, please follow the steps in the image to check your connection and/or connect to Wi-Fi.
      
      
2. On the right bottom corner of the login profile page, click "Network Sign-in" as noted in the picture below.
   
   
   
3. If you have multiple options, select 'MWS VPN' if that's missing try 'Managed Workstation VPN'. Let us know if neither of these are options.
4. In the beginning of Username field, add "NETID\" (backslash, not forward-slash) and add your login credential.
   Username: NETID\[Your NETID]
   Password:
