Informational (what does this mean?)

This reference provides a high-level view of UW business capabilities. This is an interim capability analysis, and not an official UW planning document – for those, see the UW Strategy Reference.
A business capability describes something an organization needs to be able to do as part of its mission. Each capability may be carried out through a combination of strategies, business processes, information, and systems. One or more organizational units may hold primary or shared responsibility for a capability. A shared understanding of capabilities is intended to provide high level context for communication of priorities and plans.
